Survivalists Headquarters is one of the buildings for the 
Logistics District in Frostpunk 2. It drastically lowers exploration cost and increase exploration speed a bit. It requires Logistics District to be built.
Constructing Survivalists Headquarters will move city towards Adaptation 
Zeitgeist.

In Frostpunk 2 Beta it is possible to make Frostland Exploration cost no 
Frostland Teams, making it possible to run all the available explorations for free.
